043events  reserves the right not to publish events that are sponsored by competitor radio brands.

This online platform will be open from 1st December 2025. 043events  reserves the right to research the events and publish those that fit into our terms and conditions. 043events  reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice. 043events  reserves the right to the final publishing online and on-air of all the events. No further correspondence will entered into. 043events  will not be liable to any entries not received for any reason, and will not be responsible for any network connectivity whilst trying to do entries to our platform.

By submitting entry into the gig-guide, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound these terms and conditions. – All queries can be sent to info@043events.co.za
